My Classes

  • Vinyasa Flow style approach with a focus on mindfulness, breathing techniques to soothe the mind, alignment and holding poses to build strength and stamina.

  • Child friendly sessions so no more headaches to organise childcare and finally get a bit of time for yourself.

  • Creatively sequenced classes following a different theme every week:

    • body-focused such as back bends, forward bend, hip openers etc or

    • mind-focused such as postures helping to deal with anger, insomnia, anxiety, PMS etc

  • Friendly and positive teaching style, helping students to achieve the correct postures, increase their flexibility and strength using some yoga equipment when needed. 

  • Beginners and more advanced students are all welcome.

  • Beautiful indoor and outdoor venues and small intimate class 

  • Drop in sessions available and discounts on block bookings.

  • Term time classes. All equipment provided.

Coco Royale Retreat Yoga

A rejuvenating and mindful yoga session (adults only) to re-connect with your body and mind, including:

  • Breathing techniques (pranayama)​

  • Sun salutations.

  • Dynamic postures (asanas)

  • A particular theme (mind or body focused)

  • Final relaxation (savasana) to release tension and stress from the body.

Coco Tonbridge Yoga

An energising and soothing yoga session including:

  • An awakening of the body with some sun salutations

  • Standing poses to energise the body

  • Mind or body-focused sessions

  • Final relaxation (savasana) to release tension and stress from the body.

Coco Run and Stretch Yoga

A cardio and stretching outdoor session (only takes place in suitable weather!) including:

  • 15 minutes run around Dunorlan Park to build up your cardio muscles and awaken your body, improve breathing and encourage mindfulness.

  • 45 minutes session focusing on stretching tight muscles and improving flexibility.

This is a child friendly session and if you have a buggy, then you can increase your resistance level and endurance. A wonderful way to spend healthy, happy and quality time together with your children!
